Ian is a widely experienced business executive with an international career in the life science industry spanning twenty plus years in both medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
University educated in the USA, Ian has worked and lived in Malta, the UK, the US and Switzerland. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with degrees in Mathematics and Management Information Systems, Ian pioneered Baxter International's Regional Business Excellence Programme across all functions and commercial entities driving increased profitability and business effectiveness across the region.
Ian also brings a unique blend of commercial and operational experience through leadership roles in Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Launch and Program Office, operating in country, regional and global roles.
Ian lives with his wife and two daughters in Zürich.
